Best Thai we've had in the Fort Worth area so far! Simple and clean space, friendly service. We arrived at 7 on a (busy) Sunday when the kitchen closes at 730 and the restaurant at 8. I think they were all hoping to get out early tonight but the other tables had just arrived as well. They were still friendly and rushed to take orders so we could all enjoy before they closed.
We had the special, pineapple curry spice level 5, and khao soi spice level 3. Both were amazing! Deep, rich flavors, bold spices, creamy coconut milk, and tender chicken. We've had khao soi in Chiang Mai and this rivaled! We hope they make the pineapple curry a permanent dish to their menu as we will be back very soon!
    BYOB!

My favorite Thai restaurant in the whole DFW metroplex! I come here for the noodle soups, which Thai Charm makes better than any other restaurant I've ever been to!

In particular, I cycle between the Khao Soi and the Boat Noodles. The Khao Soi is far more nuanced here than I've had elsewhere; the coconut curry broth is not cloyingly sweet as it tends to be at other restaurants, but subtly so, rounding out the aromatics, spices, and savory body of the soup. The egg noodles (both soft and the fried garnish) are thin and flat, which makes this Khao Soi a more delicate rendition and provides more surface area for being submerged with the superb curry broth. The thinly sliced pickled mustard greens are a delightful contrast against the rich, creamy coconut curry. Thai Charm is not afraid to lay on the heat, so I recommend getting their Khao Soi at a 3 or 4 on the spicy scale (out of 1-5), at least.

The Boat Noodles are a perfect foil to the Khao Soi, and better for days when you want a lighter meal. The broth is incredibly savory and rich, with pork blood dispersed throughout, and not overly sweet and tangy. The eye of round beef in this soup is perfectly cooked, and the meatballs must be full of beef fat; they have the most luscious texture out of any beef meatballs I've had (Vietnamese pho meatballs tend to be too spongy or cartilaginous for my liking). The water spinach in this noodle soup provides an earthy contrast and is just-barely cooked so as to provide some crunch. I'm a baby and the Boat Noodles aren't as sweet as the Khao Soi, so I can only eat this at a spicy level of... 2.

I've been happy with everything else that I've tried on the menu, but nothing is as swoon-worthy as me as the Khao Soi and Boat Noodles. When I go here with a buddy, I make them order the soup I don't get, so I can steal a few spoonfuls of broth. I'm a terrible person.

Super sweet server! Very talkative and attentive.  I forgot to catch her name.

Food does not disappoint. Their specialty is Thai boat noodle which I typically don't like but  I had a taste of my friends and it was delish and not grainy.  I think that's why I didn't like other boat noodles, the texture of the broth.  Next time I'll get this.

Pad kee Mao was good! I think it could have been spicier but I just got a 3. Maybe a 4 next time.  But the condiments on the table (peppers and pickled peppers) just compliments the already good food.

Didn't have the mango sticky rice this time but it was good the last time I came here.  Definitely a go to Thai restaurant

Update: I come here specifically for the BOAT NOODLES. The flavor and spice is out of this world, so delicious, so amazing, and they make the spice sauce fresh everyday from what I was told. Every time I've came here the staff is always nice. There are plenty of other items on the menu that are good too, but I must say that their boat noodles are the best in town!

I've been coming here since it opened. It is at the location of an old Thai favorite called Thai Belknap.

However, this place does not disappoint.  If you love curry then you're going to love this place.  The curry isn't watered down like so many others. The lunch specials are nice.  The waitstaff is always pleasant.

Remember, this is authentic Thai food.  So when you come here don't think you can compare some fast food version of Thai food to this.  This is in a different class and it's worth the trip.
Do yourself a favor and try the Boat Noodles.

My personal favorite is the Chicken Panang Curry
